Telecom Review conducted an exclusive interview with representatives from Chinese multinational telecommunications vendor ZTE and Italian fiber-optic company Open Fiber at Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona. Michael Song, Vice President of FM Product Team at ZTE Corporation, and Domenico Angotti, Head of Engineering at Open Fiber, outlined in detail how both companies are collaborating to construct the largest FTTH network in Italy and their respective preparations for 5G.

Ericsson chief executive officer, Borje Ekholm, spoke to Telecom Review TV following his opening speech at Mobile World Congress 2018. After more than a year in the CEO position, Ekholm delivered his vision for the company as it moves forward and aims to be the preferred partner for organizations to prepare for 5G. He spoke to Telecom Review TV about the company’s main focus going into 2018.

Ericsson President of the Middle East and Africa, Rafiah Ibrahim, spoke to Telecom Review TV at Mobile World Congress 2018, about the company’s various solutions on display at the annual telecom event. Rafiah explained how Ericsson is committed to boosting operators’ revenues and enabling digitization which is a “very key component for them today.”
